Refund Policy

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with an order items not worn can be returned for exchange measure, voucher or refund within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The return authorization number must be written on the package made.
The customer can choose from three types of compensation:

2) Good purchase
It can be used only once within 3 months from the time of the return and may not be used for promotions or special sales.
It can not be combined with other coupons.
It must be used entirely in one of equal or greater value order.
3) Reimbursement
Refunds will be processed as soon as completed receipt, verification and acceptance of the article made.

For orders paid by bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account and will be available to customers in about 10 days, the timing may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit.
The return shipment must take place within 15 days of receiving the order.


Footwear should not have been worn, altered and must not show any signs of use.
The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
All footwear and accessories must be returned along with their original box, which is considered in all respects an integral part of the product itself and it must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, it used as a single outer packaging.
